Leaders requested a professional development for adult learners. The theme was “Music Through the Decades!” I created and presented 2 forty-five minute sessions to peers. I developed a broad, introductory, overview, of Canva for Education.
Onboarding & Change Management
New Leader Onboarding Experience
End-to-end design of a new leader onboarding experience for Scouting America, including blueprint, scenario-based eLearning, and a facilitator-led orientation workshop. The program gives every new leader a clear, consistent starting point while aligning stakeholders around a shared structure and language.
Education & Nonprofit Projects
Student Media Production
Designed and delivered a hands-on media production course where student teams plan, script, film, and edit daily video announcements using a real-world workflow. The experience builds clear roles, repeatable processes, and collaboration skills under real deadlines.
